In this session, four organization leaders will discuss how they track impact in their own organizations, from how they developed an overall impact philosophy to the nuts and bolts of how they monitor impact on a day-to-day basis. Panelists will work with audience members to help them think about how they’re tracking, defining and using impact to tell their organization’s story.

• Organization leaders at young outlets who are working to define who their audience is, how they serve them, and how they can measure success. 
  
• We hope audience members will walk away with a new framework and tools for thinking about and tracking impact in their organization.
