Kristin Tessman is the Deputy Director at Montana Free Press. Tessman's responsibilities range from donor and partner management (fund development, framing of key approaches, high-quality relationship building, communication) to administration (finance, reporting, facilities), and human capital (HR/recruiting, mentoring, career development). Before joining MTFP, Tessman was the Executive Director of AJAY MT and brings with her fundraising, program development and nonprofit management experience. Tessman was born and raised in the southeast and earned her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia.
