She's worked in just about every role in journalism including daily news reporting and owning, publishing, and editing Vermont Sports, an outdoors magazine. A writer and editor at heart, she learned the business side on the fly when operating Vermont Sports, and realized she had a knack for audience growth, brand building, and advertising. She is a former associate publisher at The Nation and Vermont Life magazines, and lives in rural Vermont. In her free time she is outside as much as possible and instructs group fitness classes.
